The Threads of Life annual fund raiser “Steps for Life” was held in Orillia on May 5, 2013. This walk is to raise awareness and support for the families that have been affected by a critical workplace injury due to an incident or exposure resulting in an occupational disease.
This year showed an increase in commitment from Kubota Material Canada’s management team, employees, staff and family members. A special contribution was donated from our Steelworkers Union Local 9393.
A special thanks to everyone involved either contributing monies toward this great cause, your time designing and creating the banner and all of your support on the day of the walk.
